Now Available: Complete Access to the Coastal System On Line

Coastal has just opened a new real time web system that accesses our database and actually lets the client become a user on our system!  The user will be able to enter new accounts, add a follow up for themselves or Coastal, and add logs into a debtor file. As soon as they enter the information, it is available real time!

We have added search capability where they can look up information on their accounts by their account number, the customer's name, partial name search (find any account with "JONES" in the name). They can search by the customer's address, phone number, as well as by the contact's last and first name. This search will locate any account that Coastal is handling for all clients with limited information about accounts that are not their customers.
