Mission

  • Our mission is to be the center of influence in the management of customers and problem accounts. We will provide alternative services to our clients designed to promote customer retention, and provide the highest net recovery of assets and limit the liability associated with problem or disputed accounts. We want to be where you go to get answers to your problems, or open up a dialog with us or leaders in your industry. We are your consultant on call. Whether it be a strategy desired for a vexing account, or you want to know what other managers in your industry are doing about a particular problem. We will find the answers. On-the-job, real-time training and education will eventually be available for our customers and their customers. We want to be your expert; seemingly on staff at all times. Eventually, we will become our select partners on-demand consulting, customer communications and information center for customer management.
