What is a tickler?

A tickler is created to enable Coastal to make sure every account is handled in a timely manner. A tickler set up for Coastal indicates the date we will be contacting your debtor or the date we will performing our next action if we don't receive a response. CoastalNet has been developed to create a constant link between Coastal and their clients. When Coastal needs assistance from the client with one of the accounts they are working with, a tickler will be assigned to the client contact. By looking @ the tickler screen, our clients can make sure we are getting all the information we need to give us the best chance of a favorable result.
