Using CoastalNet: After entering your User Name and Password, you are brought to the Welcome Screen. Here you are given information about your connection (Real User Name, IP Address, Database you are connected to, and your browser information). 
There are 6 buttons to work with: Ticklers - Here is a list of items that we use for follow up. You can create reminders to look @ an account the next time you log into CoastalNet. If we are waiting for a response from you, it will be listed here. Activity - You will be taken to the Main Client Screen and the Logs section will be displayed. This will list the most recent activity for all accounts related to this client. If you submit accounts under different company names/divisions, then you will need to switch between the different Client Screens to view the activity logs for your accounts. Accounts - You will be taken to the Main Client Screen and the Debtor section will be displayed. This will list all open accounts related to this client. To view all accounts, change the options on the right frame and hit the refresh button. New Claim - Click here to place a new account on line and it will immediately be given to a collection representative Options - Set your special user options here (Default screen size, color, etc) Search - Search for one of your accounts or to see if an account has been placed for collection. |
