Using CoastalNet:
User Main Tickler/Follow Up Screen
Left Frame:
Displayed on the left frame is a list of items that belong to you. The
colors signify the priority of the item displayed. A flashing light
signifies a critical tickler. On the right column is Coastal's File # and
then your account number. The ? lets you change the viewing options
explained below. The New button enables you to add a new
tickler.
Right Frame: Initial Screen with Options (See below for example tickler)
Displayed in the left frame of your browser is a list of Ticklers
(Follow Up Items). If you hold your mouse pointer over the Tickler
icon, you will see how many related activity logs there are for this
item. If there are none, it just means there has been no activity
entered related to this item. To see the details of a specific
tickler, just click your mouse on the icon. The different icons
represent the different levels of priority. After displaying the
tickler information on the right frame, you may click on the debtor's
name to see more detailed information about that account. Displayed in
the right frame is the options menu. Here you may change the display
options for what ticklers appear. If you have supervisor rights, you
may see other user's ticklers in your organization. After you have
made changes, just hit the Refresh button to see the new list
displayed. To display the option screen when a tickler is displayed,
hit the ? button located @ the top of the left frame.

If this tickler was assigned to you for a response, you could Add log note,
to advise us that they debtor's check was received. After adding a log,
hit the Return button and the tickler will be routed back to our collector and
your log will show up below indicating that payment was received. If you
have not received payment yet, you could Re-Adv(ance) the tickler for another
week. The next time you log on, the tickler will display in your window
and you can then add a log indicating that payment was received.
