Using CoastalNet:
Main Client Screen

When you click on the client hyperlink, Activity or Accounts, you are taken to the Main Client Screen with options displayed similar to what you see above. Click on an item to display the corresponding information for this account.

Menu - Display the Main Menu

Main - See all pertinent information about this account (Name, Legal Name, Address, Main Contact, Salesperson, etc..

Contact - See the list of client contacts Coastal has in our system.

Debtor - See only open, closed or all debtors for this account.

Log Notes (Activity) - See recent activity on this accounts debtors.

Ticklers - See open follow up items for this account

Search Debtor - Search for a debtor.

New Debtor - Add a new debtor into CoastalNet

Options - Change your user options.
